Each suite is equipped with a humidity control in the hallway right outside of the washroom(s). This control is connected to the ceiling exhaust fan in the bathroom. If the ceiling exhaust fan is on and the noise is disturbing you, simply turn the humidity dial until the fan turns off. The fan should turn on automatically when the sensor senses enough humidity in the air. If the fan will still not turn off, then please submit a support ticket and our housekeeping team will attend to the matter as soon as possible.
