Sometimes a previous guest may have reprogrammed the intercom code to a different phone number. This causes the intercom number to dial to the wrong phone. All door-entry codes should be programmed to the respective suite phone number. If you suspect that this is the case, then please let us or the concierge know. The concierge will be able to reprogram the correct suite phone number to the entry-code and fix the issue if we are away. Otherwise, send us a message and we coordinate the changes on the following business day.
Please refrain from changing the phone number attached to your intercom code during your stay - If you do, simply let us know so that we are aware.
