The access information for your suite’s complimentary Wi-Fi is in your check-in envelope. This Wi-Fi connection is secure and for your suite only. We ask that you do not change the network name or password. You can also find the login information on the back of your modem, which is the black box situated either next to your TV or in the study. The password is case-sensitive. 

If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, here are some steps you can take:

  1. First try resetting the modem. Simply unplug it for a minute and then plug it back on. If this does not work, please contact Guest Services during office hours and our staff will be happy to assist you.
  2. You can also troubleshoot it on your own by calling Novus Support. Simply provide them with your suite address and their technicians will walk you through the process.
